My Dear Watson, Class of 2014

Ian is an all around fantastic guy.  Not only will he be graduating from high school this year but he already has his pilots license.  When planning his session, we wanted to make sure there was a plane involved.  Sounds like a crazy hard thing to find, right?  HUGE thanks to Drew Watson at the LaBrie Field in Ponoka for lending us his beautiful yellow Harvard for photos and for allowing us to hide out in his hangar to keep out of the wind. This is actually the plane that Ian practiced with to get his pilot’s license.  Sentimental photos! There’s one other thing you should know about Ian.  Not only is he a massive Doctor Who fan like me – a million points awarded to him for this – but he likes to sport the occasional bowtie. If these next photos look nearly identical, it’s because they are.  I honestly can’t decide if I prefer the colour or the B&W.  Ian gets both.I’m pretty sure this is the favourite shot of the night for both of us.  Second to last of the night, no less.  It’s lucky we hung around that few extra minutes.
