Several years ago, when I was still starting out, I first met Phedra to photograph her grad session. Now, a couple of shockingly short years later, she is moving onto another big transition. Phedra and her long-time boyfriend, Tim, are planning a wedding and they’ve asked me to photograph it.
I’m pretty excited.
They showed up to our portrait session at Meridian Beach in these amazing vintage outfits. Those red heels! Phedra even brought old-style bottles of pop to match.
When you first see Phedra and Tim together, it’s like seeing joy embodied in two people. They are just so thrilled to have found each other and while I’m sure their relationship hasn’t always been easy, that joy hasn’t faded a bit. They told stories and laughed their way through the entire evening. It was contagious.
Needless to say, this wedding is going to be a blast.
