The View from My Kitchen Window

Now that I’m a mom, I’m up at all hours of night to feed my baby girl.  Anyone who knows me knows that I loooove sleeping in and because of this, I rarely ever saw the sun rising.  As much as I miss sleeping in, early mornings have a beauty all their own.  There’s a private deliciousness in dew-drenched pyjama pants and seeing the slightest wisps of your breath in the air.  The days are getting chillier already.

I will never be a morning person but those early hours are to be savoured.
